As of August 2024, the platform catered to 100,000+ contractors across a range of service industries, with key customers spanning HVAC providers, plumbing companies, electrical contractors, and pest control firms including Albuquerque Plumbing and ProSkill Services. In June 2024, ServiceTitan partnered with Southland Industries, a leading commercial mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) contracting firm, further expanding its presence in the commercial sector.
