JustPark

JustPark is a UK-based parking discovery and payment platform accessible via both a website and mobile app. It offers comprehensive parking inventory management services tailored to businesses looking to maximize revenue from underutilized parking spaces. These services include setting up listings, attracting customers and providing real-time occupancy and revenue data. In addition to facilitating bookings, JustPark's platform offers convenient options such as pre-booking and on-the-go bookings via mobile apps. With an easy-to-use interface, the app allows drivers to reserve and pay for parking on an instant or long-term basis. JustPark claims potential savings of up to 30% to 43% on parking fees.

JustPark also has solutions for owners of driveways and other parking spaces as well as owners of electronic vehicle (EV) chargers to rent them out via the platform. In April 2021, JustPark partnered with Zap-Map, an EV mapping service for drivers to provide access to more than 800 EV charging points from June 2021 onwards. In March 2022, the firm launched JustCharge, a community-based EV charging service which enables EV owners to rent out their private charges to other EV drivers via an app. Alongside this, the firm introduced JustCharge Grant: an EV rewards programme to encourage EV adoption and thus grow its network of charging points. 

The firm also offers cashless parking payment options for businesses and local authorities via its platform. The platform accepts all major debit and credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay and has been used by Hilton Hotels & Resorts, JLL, and Cornwall Council.  

In October 2023, JustPark introduced ‘Best Price Guarantee’ where if a JustPark user finds the same parking space for a lower price elsewhere within 24 hours of booking, JustPark will match the lower price and provide an additional 20% refund, credited to the user’s JustPark Wallet.

In March 2024, the company merged with ParkHub, a North American parking inventory management solution provider, to offer a full-service parking software and payment solution for customers across North America and the UK. 

Key customers and partnerships

As of May 2022, JustPark serves more than Six million drivers who can choose from more than 45,000 parking spaces. 

In 2019, JustPark became the sole supplier of local parking in Northern Ireland. In May 2022, JustPark partnered with Visa to enable contactless payment for EV charging services to encourage EV adoption. In July 2023, the firm partnered with Sprive, a free app that helps homeowners pay off their mortgages faster by allowing homeowners to rent out empty driveways and thereby generate extra income and reduce interest rate pressure. In August 2023, the company partnered with Parkopedia, a UK-based provider of web- and mobile-based parking discovery, booking, and payment solutions, to provide motorists across the UK an easier way to find, book, and pay for parking.
