Orum is a conversational intelligence platform that assists sales representatives with prospecting and outreach. The platform optimizes smart list intelligence, remote call coaching, detailed call analytics, and reporting. It also integrates with existing CRM  platforms and sales engagement solutions, including Salesforce, Salesloft and Outreach. Orum stated that as of July 2021, it had handled more than 100,000+ live customer conversations across 100+ customers. 

Key customers and partnerships

In April 2023, the firm partnered with Modigie, a B2B sales solution provider, to improve sales productivity by using Modigie's Last Mile Intelligence and Dynamic Data Validation features, leading to more effective conversations and higher deal-closing rates. In December 2023, Orum partnered with Apollo, a provider of verified contact data for marketing and sales teams, to expand its product offerings.

Funding and financials 

In November 2022, the company raised USD 22 million in a Series B funding round led by Tribe Capital. It planned to use the funds for product development and a 40% increase in staffing, reaching 180+ people (mainly in product, and engineering). The round follows its USD 25 million Series A funding in July 2021. 

ARR was expected to increase from USD 4.5 million in July 2021 to USD 10 million by the end of 2021. Additionally, it stated that annual recurring revenue (ARR) has increased by 380% since its seed investment in 2020.
