Rokt: The ecommerce technology for new marketing and customer personalization opportunities

Rokt offers solutions to propel new monetization and advertising opportunities on ecommerce platforms. Using its proprietary technology, Rokt leverages its technology to apply deep learning in analyzing customer behavior on ecommerce platforms. Rokt also offers a lead generation service known as “Rokt Ads.”
  • Rokt provides AI-backed customer data analytics, lead generation, and personalization solutions. Customer personalization involves analyzing customer behavior and suggesting relevant third-party advertisements to provide a customized customer experience through its “Rokt Payments Marketplace.”
  • As of December 2022, Rokt powered over 5 billion transactions for 2,500+ clients, including Uber, PayPal, and AMC Theaters.
  • Rokt raised USD 487 million in funding, with its latest valuation (December 2022) being USD 2.4 billion. Although the company planned to go public in 2023, no further information has been provided.
