eLearning Brothers, a corporate learning platform, acquired learning solutions provider CoreAxis for an undisclosed amount. This marks the company’s third acquisition this year.
The company intends to integrate CoreAxis’s functionality into its suite of products and services. The acquisition supports eLearning Brothers’ global growth strategy of becoming an end-to-end solution provider for organizations' learning and development needs.
CoreAxis offers personalized training and staff augmentation solutions, which include blended learning, leadership development, and custom content development. The platform currently caters to a wide range of industries including healthcare, financial services, technology, life sciences, and retail. Its customers include Athenahealth, Iora Health, Santander, Raytheon, and Walmart.

Analyst QuickTake : Earlier this year, eLearning Brothers stated that it intends to grow its market presence via targeted acquisitions. Its most recent acquisitions were in January 2022, when it acquired Rehearsal, a video-based training and coaching platform, and Chennai-based Origin Learning, a learning design and technology company. These acquisitions broaden eLearning Brothers’ product suite, strengthen its product development capabilities, and allow it to expand into new markets. A similar growth strategy has been adopted by competitors Eruditus and Cornerstone OnDemand.
