ActiveCampaign, a leading customer experience automation (CXA) platform, launched a no-code data model solution enabling users to create custom objects to customize and automate workflows.
ActiveCampaign users would now be able to create their own custom objects for data modeling without needing to go through the API or needing development support. The custom objects are compatible with ActiveCampaign’s integrations which include Salesforce, Zendesk, Calendly, DocuSign, and Eventbrite.
ActiveCampaign users also reported that they expect to double their revenue in 2022 by using ActiveCampaign’s suite of marketing campaign automation solutions compared to a 3.5% growth experienced by using legacy email marketing solutions.
