Attentive, a “mobile-first” campaign automation tool specializing in SMS marketing, introduced Attentive Concierge, a new product that enables marketers to execute highly personalized SMS conversations at scale.
The product follows a dialogue-driven approach where the firm claims to be able to recreate the in-store experience and is capable of answering customer questions and providing recommendations that are authentic and personalized to a shopper’s specific needs.
The firm claims that users of Attentive Concierge have experienced a 50% increase in time spent by customers engaging with their brand. It also stated that more than 1,000 retail brands including Igloo, Mented Cosmetics, and Made In have used Attentive Concierge.
