<ul><li>UK-based employee benefits platform Ben has raised USD 16 million in a Series A funding round led by Atomico with participation from Cherry Ventures, DN Capital, Seedcamp, and a group of individual investors including Phil Chambers (co-founder and former CEO, Peakon), Neil Ryland (former CRO, Peakon), Ross Seychell (CPO, Personio ), and Job van der Voort (co-founder and CEO, Remote ). The round brings the company’s total funding to USD 18.5 million. As part of the deal, Sasha Vidiborskiy (partner, Atomico) is expected to join Ben’s board.</ul>

  • The fresh funds are to be used towards further development of its SaaS and payments technology and expanding its employer customer base. Part of the funding will also be invested in building Ben’s team.
