Multiverse Computing and IQM team up for application-specific processors

Partnerships

  • European quantum computing startups Multiverse Computing and IQM have entered into a partnership to jointly develop quantum processors for use in specific applications across finance, energy, chemistry, logistics, and material science. The terms and financial details of the partnership have not been disclosed.

  • The partnership will leverage IQM’s hardware expertise and Multiverse’s software capabilities by combining IQM’s co-designed quantum processors with Multiverse’s software development kit (SDK) Singularity and customer knowledge. The duo will develop custom application-specific processors which will be available to the customers of both companies based on their specific business requirements.
