Plantcraft, a New-York based developer of plant-based deli meats have announced its launching a new range of deli slices featuring plant-based bologna and pepperoni aimed at groceries and food service.
<ul><li>The range is claimed to be non-GMO and gluten friendly and is made with ingredients such as pea protein, green banana flour, flaxseeds, and faba protein. While the bologna is on a month-long showcase at Plantega outlets , the official launch of the products will be at the upcoming Plant-Based World Expo taking place in New York from September 8th–9th.</ul>
