Redefine Meat, an Israeli producer of plant-based whole-cut meat using 3D printing technology, has partnered with Finnish plant-based manufacturer and distributor MeEat to expand into Finland.
Redefine Meat will distribute its products to restaurants across Finland through the collaboration. MeEat, which currently caters to the retail market, will include Redefine Meat's New-Meat in its product line in order to grow into the food service sector and provide Finnish chefs with a premium-grade product.
Beef Flank, Lamb Kebab, and Beef Burger from Redefine Meat will be introduced first, with additional products being added as demand increases. New-Meat will be first available at Emo, a European-cuisine restaurant in Helsinki, where Redefine Meat’s Beef Flank steak will be available on the menu from next week.
