AIQ, a customer data platform (CDP), entered into a strategic partnership with Slalom, a global consultancy firm, to offer specialized consultancy services tailored for AIQ’s platform AIQ CX hub.
As part of the partnership, Slalom will offer AIQ’s enterprise users strategic consultancy services on 1) CX research, marketing strategy, and use case development; 2) implementation and integration of the AIQ CX hub with other platforms such as advertising, analytics, data sources, and sales and after-sales services; and 3) managed services with a focus on change management, governance, and firm expansion.
<ul><li> Analyst QuickTake: This new partnership follows AIQ’s refreshed brand and the launch of its AIQ CX platform in June 2022 where it signaled its focus on enterprise users. The consultancy services offered by Slalom to enterprise users, which are tailor-made for AIQ’s platform, are likely to provide it with a competitive edge over other firms such as Klaviyo, which also launched an enterprise solution (Klaviyo One) specialized for large brands.</ul>
