Zero Egg, an Israeli producer of plant-based egg products, announced it will be launching what it claims to be the world's first ready-to-eat frozen plant-based scrambled egg product “Zero Egg Scoopable Scramble.”
The new product is made by combining the company’s cutting-edge technology and a proprietary blend of plant proteins. According to the company, the Scoopable Scramble is non-GMO, free of preservatives and gluten, low in calories and fat, and contains zero cholesterol.
Dot Foods, North America’s largest food distributor, will handle the distribution of the new product to foodservice operators and manufacturers.

Yo!Egg secured funding in May 2022 to launch the world’s first plant-based sunny-side-up and poached egg into the US market, while Neggst also raised funding for the development of the world's first plant-based egg to feature an outer shell in September 2022.
