Mediafly, an integrated solution provider, announced that it has acquired Aptology, a talent intelligence solution provider, for an undisclosed amount. This marks the company's sixth acquisition.
The acquisition is expected to strengthen Mediafly’s recruitment management process through the integration with Aptology’s people intelligence tools. Aptology’s behavioral surveys (renamed Mediafly Success Profiles, now part of Mediafly Coach360 ), an AI-powered solution to improve the interview process and determine potential candidates' cultural fit and performance-based analytics. In addition, as part of the agreement, Aptology’s team of employees, including its co-founders, have joined Mediafly’s team.
Aptology offers a talent intelligence solution that uses coaching, emotional intelligence, motivation, and personality traits to determine behavioral analytics. Its proprietary algorithm aims to remove bias and gain objective insights to determine the success of sales teams. Its customers include Nestle, Google Cloud, Qualtrics, and AAA.
Analyst QuickTake: The acquisition of Aptology reaffirms Mediafly’s commitment to strengthening its position in the revenue intelligence space. This is the latest addition to its Revenue360 platform complementing its existing solutions ExecVision, a conversational intelligence platform (acquired in April 2022), and InsightSquared, a revenue intelligence platform (acquired in December 2021).
