Flash, which provides several smart parking management software and hardware solutions for parking managers and operators, announced that it has entered into a strategic partnership with smart building technology provider, Cohesion which claims to be the first co-selling partnership within the smart building platform industry. 

The partnership is expected to deepen the integration between Flash’s suite of smart parking solutions and Cohesion’s building management and analytics platform, to offer “eParking reservation,” an option to reserve, purchase, and access parking for tenants and guests of the building.

The partners also plan to add additional integrated parking features such as digitally managing monthly parking and EV charging reservations and payments at a later date.

Cohesion offers maintenance and monitoring solutions to real estate owners who want to connect all building systems and workflows. Through the platform, building operators can control and improve building health and security as well as tenant experience. It currently serves 18.5 billion square feet of commercial buildings globally.

Analyst QuickTake : Through the partnership, Flash intends to deepen its presence in the commercial real estate (CRE) market, including multi-tenant offices, corporate real estate, life sciences, medical offices, and industrial buildings. This also complements the company's partnership with private equity firm Brookfield’s real estate portfolio in July 2022.
