Angoka, an IoT security company, has raised GBP 2.4 million (USD 2.8 million) in a funding round led by 24Haymarket with participation from GALLOS and Co-Fund NI (Clarendon Fund Managers).
The funds will be utilized to commercialize its technology, fuel the delivery of its cybersecurity programs, accelerate its international growth in the aviation and road transport sectors, and grow its team.
Founded in 2019, Angoka provides hardware-based cybersecurity solutions to protect communications between connected devices against cyber-attacks and network disruptions. The company provides solutions for the industrial systems, automotive, internet of things (IoT) and telecoms, aerospace, and defense sectors. Angoka has partnered with several projects in the UK Research and Innovation’s Future Flight Challenge.
