Securly, a student safety and device management software provider, acquired Eduspire Solutions, a digital hall pass solution provider, for an undisclosed amount. 

The acquisition will bring together Eduspire's offerings and Securly's whole-student success platform to create a comprehensive solution that facilitates student safety from online to on-campus and increases student wellness support for K-12 districts and schools.

Founded in 2016, Eduspire Solutions offers a proprietary solution designed to simplify the hall pass request process for students and teachers, maximizing instructional time and providing administrators with management tools and insights. Additionally, Eduspire's FlexTime Manager offers personalized learning experiences for students in the classroom, such as remedial education, peer tutoring, accelerated learning, or extracurricular activities. The platform currently serves more than 2.5 million students in 50 states. 

Analyst QuickTake: Securly's acquisition of Eduspire Solutions is the company's third since being acquired by Golden Gate Capital in March 2021. Previously, the company expanded its portfolio with the acquisitions of Dyknow, a classroom management monitoring solution (in March 2022), and Rhithm, a provider of student wellness solutions (in April 2022).
