Bloomreach, a marketing cloud specialized for B2B and B2C retail and e-commerce brands, announced that it surpassed USD 100 million in annual recurring revenue (ARR) as of end 2022. The firm had previously achieved the USD 100 million ARR milestone at the end of 2021.
The firm claimed that significant growth was supported by viable e-commerce brands by using the following: 1) personalized campaign automation solutions where it experienced a 72% and 50% YoY growth in emails and SMS marketing on Black Friday, and 2) Bloomreach Discovery, its product discovery solution that facilitated more than 300 million searches from customers.
Analyst QuickTake: The firm achieved its new milestone following an accelerated period of growth in Q4 2022 when it secured a USD 30 million credit facility from J.P. Morgan and the launch of 15+ new product features including new catalog management features for Bloomreach Discovery.
