Flash, a parking management software and hardware solutions company, has entered an enterprise-level agreement with One Parking, a company specializing in parking management services, to install its integrated solutions across One Parking's portfolio of commercial, residential, and mixed-use properties.

The collaboration between Flash and One Parking is expected to provide One Parking's customers with exclusive reservable parking and EV-charging services. The partnership is also aimed at encouraging the use of electric vehicles in major cities such as Washington, D.C., Chicago, and Denver.

Analyst QuickTake: This latest partnership follows on its partnership with Cohesion and is in line with the management’s objective of building a comprehensive integrated parking solution that includes eParking reservations, digital management of monthly parking, and EV-charging reservations and payment solutions. The addition of EV charging also reflects the growing interest in EV-charging facilities, which have been an area of focus for other parking technology firms such as JustPark and AppyWay.
