Canadian provider of autonomous mobile robots (AMRs) OTTO Motors announced the launch of a certified dealer program to offer technical support to its customer base in North America.

The OTTO-certified dealers include industrial equipment solutions provider Distribuidora LARCE, end-to-end manufacturing automation and robotic solutions provider Eastern Lift Truck (ELT) Systems Group, and material handling service providers MH Equipment, Papé Material Handling, and Toyota Material Handling Systems.

The partners that have undergone an intensive training program are equipped with the required capabilities to deliver the technical support and maintenance customers need to deploy, maintain, and scale automation systems.

Analyst QuickTake : OTTO keeps expanding its products and services, as this news comes just a month after OTTO Motors announced its formal expansion into the European market. The company has also entered systems integration and tech partnerships with several companies in Japan, Australia, and New Zealand. The company also received a strategic investment from Mitsubishi Electric earlier this month.
