Oishii, a vertical farming company specializing in Japanese omakase strawberries, has partnered with Brooklyn-based brewery Grimm to introduce the Ambient Fizz: Koyo Berry by macerating over 300 lbs of Koyo strawberries and combining them with 1.5 to two-year barrel-aged sour beer and water.
