Manna Drone Delivery launches drone-based food deliveries in Fort Worth, Texas

Geographic expansion

  • Manna Drone Delivery (Manna), an Irish drone-based delivery services provider, has launched commercial drone-based delivery service in the US starting from the Alliance Texas Mobility Innovation Zone in Fort Worth, Texas.

  • Initially, the company will deliver food and beverages from national and local retailers including Farmhouse Coffee & Treasures and The Touring Chocolatier to residents in Pecan Square by Hillwood Communities in Northlake.

  • Manna will operate its own delivery hub in the area to launch the drones.

  • Analyst QuickTake: Today’s news highlights Manna’s plans to enter the US market as first announced in March 2023. Incumbent Wing, the drone-based delivery division owned by Alphabet, and disruptor Flytrex also have operations in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, adding to the competition.
