IQM and NVIDIA collaborate to develop hybrid quantum applications

Partnerships

  • Finland-based quantum hardware company IQM Quantum Computers has collaborated with NVIDIA to develop hybrid quantum applications using NVIDIA's CUDA (compute unified device architecture) Quantum.

  • This partnership will allow IQM's quantum processing unit users to build next-gen hybrid quantum-classical applications via NVIDIA CUDA Quantum to speed up the development and practical use of quantum computing in various industries. Research institutions, including CSC - IT Centre for Science and VTT Technical Research Centre of Finland, plan to use CUDA Quantum on VTT’s five-qubit quantum computer which was developed in partnership with IQM
