Bühler Group, a Swiss technology company, has unveiled its innovative food hub in Uzwil, Switzerland, to create sustainable foods with a focus on plant-based alternatives.
The innovation hub comprises four application and training centers covering flavor, food, protein, and energy recovery. Operated in association with Endeco, the protein center will focus on the R&D of plant-based alternatives, including meats, drinks, and ingredients.
