The EVERY Co (formerly Clara Foods), a FoodTech startup specializing in microbial fermentation, has unveiled the EVERY Egg, which claims to be the world's first liquid egg alternative made from precision fermented proteins.
According to the company, the EVERY Egg offers a substitute for any mixed egg application and features a blend of animal-free ovalbumin and plant-based ingredients. Furthermore, it has eight grams of protein per serving and is free from cholesterol, saturated fats, and artificial flavors.
