Prime Roots partners with Three Little Pigs to launch plant-based pâtés and foie gras

Partnerships

  • Prime Roots, a producer of koji-based alternatives, has partnered with Three Little Pigs, a creator of artisanal charcuterie and pâté, to offer a range of plant-based pâtés and foie gras in New York City.

  • Through this partnership, the companies have combined Prime Roots' ingredients and traditional French cuisine to offer products like Black Truffle Koji-Pâté, Harvest Apple Koji-Pâté, and Koji-Foie Gras.

  • Analyst QuickTake: Prime Roots introduced plant-based pâtés and foie gras in 2022, along with the world's first line of Koji Deli Meats and charcuterie. In 2023, the company partnered with Fabrique Delices, a French artisanal charcuterie maker, to develop and distribute a range of koji-based pâtés and foie gras for the food service sector.
