StoreDot, an Israeli extreme fast charging (XFC) battery developer, has signed a strategic manufacturing agreement with EVE Energy, an existing partner of StoreDot, to secure the latter's manufacturing capacity to produce its XFC batteries.
With this agreement, StoreDot’s batteries will be produced at EVE’s production lines and delivered to the company’s portfolio of EV manufacturers. Additionally, StoreDot will also license its technology to EVE.
Analyst QuickTake: Similarly, in October 2023 , StoreDot signed a strategic partnership agreement with Flex|N|Gate to sample and scale up the commercialization of its batteries. Under the agreement, Flex|N|Gate agreed to produce StoreDot’s 100in5 battery cell batteries at its lithium-ion cell pilot factory in 2024.
