Adsorbi, a Swedish startup developing bio-based materials for air pollutant and odor removal, has unveiled its maiden product, which is a material derived from cellulose designed to protect art pieces and delicate items from airborne pollutants.
Designed predominantly for galleries, museums, and archives, the product uses bio-based cellulose to absorb air contaminants and effectively purify the environment in storing and transporting artworks. Adsorbi reports the product has a long lifespan, high absorption capacity, and a color-changing indicator that signifies when replacement is needed.
