Juicy Marbles launches improved bone-in vegan ribs in Germany

Product updates

  • Juicy Marbles, a plant-based meat producer specializing in whole-cut alternatives, has secured a German foodservice listing for its revamped plant-based bone-in ribs. This new version uses an improved recipe, codenamed Marble 3.0.

  • Marble 3.0 claims to offer one of the cleanest labels in the industry. Key features of this recipe include 100% non-GMO ingredients, 32 g of protein per serving, the absence of preservatives and additives, and a Nutriscore A rating, among others.

  • Analyst QuickTake: The first version of the plant-based bone-in ribs was launched in August 2023 , offering a realistic meat-eating experience to the consumer. The bones, which are produced using side streams from the production of the meaty part of the rib, are compostable and edible. Additionally, consumers can use various cooking methods to convert the bones into puffed crispy snacks.
