The acquisition is designed to help Semrush expand the capabilities of its recently announced enterprise SEO platform. By integrating Ryte's technology, Semrush looks forward to helping large enterprises improve their digital marketing operations, productivity, and online visibility.
Founded by Andy Bruckschloegl, Ryte is a SaaS company that helps companies and agencies improve the user experience on their websites. Its platform works to optimize 6 pillars: SEO, quality assurance, performance, sustainability, accessibility, and compliance. Customers include Allianz, Bauhaus, HomeToGo, and Hilti.
