ADDMAN Group, an on-demand additive manufacturing (AM) services company, has acquired Keselowski Advanced Manufacturing (KAM), an AM solutions provider, for an undisclosed sum. The acquisition expands ADDMAN's metal AM capabilities and increases its production capacity.
KAM provides a range of advanced manufacturing solutions in 3D printing, including simulation, engineering, and serial production services. The company is based in Statesville, North Carolina, and serves space, aerospace, defense, energy, automotive, and performance motorsports industries.
The combined entity will offer customers access to a fully integrated metal AM process, from design to serial production. The acquisition adds KAM's 70,000-sq-ft facility to ADDMAN's existing 300,000 sq ft of manufacturing capacity.
