ADDMAN Group acquires Keselowski Advanced Manufacturing for undisclosed sum

M&A

  • ADDMAN Group, an on-demand additive manufacturing (AM) services company, has acquired Keselowski Advanced Manufacturing (KAM), an AM solutions provider, for an undisclosed sum. The acquisition expands ADDMAN's metal AM capabilities and increases its production capacity.

  • KAM provides a range of advanced manufacturing solutions in 3D printing, including simulation, engineering, and serial production services. The company is based in Statesville, North Carolina, and serves space, aerospace, defense, energy, automotive, and performance motorsports industries.

  • The combined entity will offer customers access to a fully integrated metal AM process, from design to serial production. The acquisition adds KAM's 70,000-sq-ft facility to ADDMAN's existing 300,000 sq ft of manufacturing capacity.

  • Analyst QuickTake: This marks ADDMAN’s sixth acquisition over the past three years. These include 1) Dinsmore (January 2023), which was acquired to broaden and complement ADDMAN’s polymer production capabilities, 2) Castheon (January 2022), to expand refractory metal printing solutions, 3) Harbec (November 2022), to expand metal and plastic printing solutions, 4) Domaille Engineering (December 2021), to expand its presence in aerospace and defense industries, and 5) 3rd Dimension (April 2021), to expand metal its printing capabilities.
