Partnerships

  • Vital Meat, a French cultivated meat startup, collaborated with Hue Restaurant in Singapore for a tasting event of its Vital Chicken product.

  • The event, attended by 30 guests including investors and industry leaders, showcased Vital Chicken's versatility in everyday recipes. Chef Jun Hao prepared a three-course menu featuring traditional Singaporean flavors, demonstrating the product's potential as a widely available sustainable food option.

  • Analyst QuickTake: This tasting marks a significant step for Vital Meat, which anticipates approval from the Singapore Food Agency to launch its product in the country.
