Product updates

  • Stratasys, a 3D printing solutions provider, has partnered with AM Solutions, a brand of the Rösler, to launch PowderEase T1, a post-processing system for Stratasys H350 SAF powder bed printer. The system will be manufactured at AM Solutions' German facility.

  • PowderEase T1 is a 3-in-1 solution that combines powder breakout, retrieval, and dosing functions. The system can serve up to six H350 printers simultaneously, offers automated powder handling, ensures traceability and cleanliness, and adheres to industry standards. The company claims the system can save up to 50 minutes per build compared to manual processes, maximize powder retrieval efficiency, reduce waste, and minimize the need for additional equipment and labor.

  • Analyst QuickTake: Stratasys has consistently expanded on its product portfolio despite recent turmoil, which saw it laying off 15% of its workforce to generate USD 40 million in annual cost savings. Over the last two months, it launched the “ Neo build ” processor for investment casting and the Origin Two digital light processing (DLP) printer along with a post-processing system named Origin Cure.
