CaptivateIQ raises USD 100 million in Series C funding

Funding

  • CaptivateIQ, a no-code platform to automate sales commissions, has raised USD 100 million in a Series C round co-led by ICONIQ Growth, Sequoia, and Accel with participation from several investors including Sapphire Ventures. 

<ul><li>The round values the company at USD 1.25 billion and comes less than a year since CaptivateIQ raised USD 46 million in Series B funding. This also brings the total funds raised to USD 164.6 million.</ul>

  • The company intends to utilize the funds for further product development and to expand its revenue teams. Focus areas for product innovation include further simplification and automation of commission processes, enhancing the experience for payees, and enterprise customer support.

  • The company also revealed that it more than tripled its revenue YoY in 2021 and more than doubled its headcount to 200 employees from 90 in early 2021.
