Serve Robotics to roll out droid-based deliveries for Brinker International

Partnerships

 • Serve Robotics, a spin-off from Uber that operates delivery droids, is planning to roll out a droid-based delivery program in partnership with Brinker International, the restaurant conglomerate that operates chains and virtual brands including Chili’s, Maggiano’s Little Italy, and It’s Just Wings.

 • No further details have been revealed but both the companies have reportedly confirmed that they are currently running an early-stage pilot at a Chilli’s restaurant, with plans for a wider roll-out.

Analyst QuickTake: The news comes just one week after Brinker International extended its October 2021 partnership with Flytrex, an Israeli drone-based delivery company, to pilot drone-based deliveries in Granbury in Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas.
