ServiceNow, an AI-powered business transformation platform, and Microsoft are expanding their strategic alliance to modernize front-office processes by integrating Microsoft's AI Copilot with AI agent capabilities.
The partnership builds on their existing ServiceNow Now Assist and Microsoft 365 Copilot integration, streamlining workflows and enabling employees to search knowledge bases, request services, and escalate cases through Microsoft Teams. The expanded collaboration will combine Microsoft Copilot for streamlining user tasks with ServiceNow AI agents for workflow orchestration, with the integrated solution expected to be available by Q1 2025.
Analyst QuickTake : ServiceNow has been entering a series of product collaborations across the GenAI-based automation space over the past month.
