ADDiTEC offers metal additive manufacturing solutions, specifically through its direct metal deposition (DMD) technology. This technology can either be integrated into existing 3D printers, laser cladding machines, and CNC systems or purchased as a standalone solution.

ADDiTEC has developed a patented LMD-WP (Laser Metal Deposition-Wire Powder) process. This approach employs multiple lasers positioned around a central nozzle, enabling the unidirectional printing of wire and powder feedstock. ADDiTEC uses smaller and cost-effective direct diode lasers in its LMD systems. This has led to the development of products like the ADDiTEC Module and uPrinter, which provided the foundation for later commercialization by MELTIO.

ADDiTEC's product offering includes the Performance AMRC-P (Additive Manufacturing Robot Cell-Portable), which is a forward-deployable robot cell designed for reactive materials. It features a 6 kW fiber laser configured deposition head, closed-loop process controls, and the ability to achieve high deposition rates, especially for titanium, reaching up to 4 kg/hr. This system can print large parts, with dimensions of up to 1.8 m and create intricate geometries through its multi-axis robotic architecture.

Also, ADDiTEC's product portfolio includes the Performance AMRC-S (Additive Manufacturing Robot Cell-Scalable), which is a scalable robot cell using laser-wire-based additive manufacturing for common metals. It has a high deposition rate of up to 4 kg/hr. This scalable cell allows for multi-robot configurations with multi-deposition heads to achieve scalability. ADDiTEC has designed and developed the Performance AMRC-S and integrated it with a proprietary user interface command center. The company's partnerships with major industrial robot brands facilitate easy integration for large-scale robotic 3D printing. The Performance AMRC-S includes advanced software tools to handle complex multi-axis geometries, including touchscreen functionality for monitoring the process and accessing established printing profiles for various materials.

The company also offers R&D services, training, and application development support to its customers, with installations and a support-oriented culture across the US.

In August 2023 , ADDiTEC acquired Elem Additive Solutions from Xerox Holdings Corporation as part of its strategy to broaden its technology portfolio by expanding into liquid metal printing (LMP) technology.
