The company has developed a proprietary fat encapsulation process for creating its plant-based portfolio, which includes pigless bacon, a German bratwurst alternative, and vegan sausage alternatives. The Raging Pig products are mainly aimed at foodservice and are available throughout Germany.

Key customers and partnerships

In September 2023, the company partnered with SIGGIS, a Munich-based restaurant chain, to launch the plant-based Bavarian white sausage Raging Weibwurst during Oktoberfest.

In March 2024, the company partnered with German biotech company Kynda to develop mycelium-based food ingredient Kynda Meat.
