The Bosch Group (Bosch) is a privately owned global supplier of technology and services, headquartered in Germany. Bosch was founded in 1886 and currently consists of Robert Bosch GmbH and its 468 subsidiaries and regional companies located in 60 countries. Robert Bosch GmbH is primarily owned by the charitable foundation Robert Bosch Stiftung GmbH, which holds 94% of the share capital, with the remaining shares split between Robert Bosch GmbH and a corporation owned by the Bosch family. Voting rights are mostly controlled by Robert Bosch Industrietreuhand KG, an industrial trust, which also manages the entrepreneurial ownership functions. Bosch generated EUR 91.1 billion (~USD 100.5 billion) in revenue in 2023.

According to the company’s strategic objective, it aims to enhance connected lifestyles through products and solutions embedded with AI or developed and produced with it.
In 2023, more than half of the company's revenue came from European operations, followed by Asia (~31%) and the Americas (~18%). The company plans to achieve an average annual sales growth of 5%–7% in 2024 (+3.8% YoY in 2023). Bosch Group achieved carbon neutrality in 2020 and plans to reach Scope 1 and Scope 2 climate neutrality by 2030.
