LG Electronics (KRX: 066570) is a South Korean multinational electronics company. LG Electronics is a part of LG Corporation, the fourth-largest  chaebol  in South Korea. LG Electronics has been listed on the Korean Stock Exchange since 2002. It generated revenue of KRW 83,467 billion (~USD 65 billion) in 2022.

The Home Appliances & Air Solutions (H&A) segment was the largest (~36% of total revenue in 2022), offering refrigerators, washing machines, air conditioners, etc. The Home Entertainment (HE) segment offers TVs, audio and video devices, PCs, monitors, and accessories. The Vehicle Component Solutions (VS) segment offers in-vehicle infotainment, vehicle HVAC and motors, vehicle engineering products, and connectivity solutions. LG Innotek offers a range of LEDs, optic solutions, substrate materials, and automotive components.   

In July 2023, LG Electronics declared its vision to transform from a global home appliance brand to a “smart life solution company” that can connect and expand customers’ diverse experiences while driving global revenue to KRW 100 trillion by 2030. LG Electronics expects to achieve carbon neutrality by 2030 and reach 100% renewable energy use by 2050.
