The company reported that its machine health (predictive maintenance) solutions can deliver an ROI of 3x–10x.  Olis Robotics, a company that offers remote monitoring, control, and error recovery technology specifically for industrial robots, has announced the integration of new Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) capabilities into its primary solution. The announcement was made at the International Manufacturing Technology Show (IMTS) 2024.
 This key enhancement now allows users to conduct extensive remote diagnostics for industrial automation cells. Moreover, it extends monitoring capabilities to other components such as PLCs and robotic grippers. On top of that, users now have the ability to set alerts for a variety of runtime parameters. These parameters include input/output signals (I/Os), registers, and custom tags, all controlled directly through the PLC.
