 LeddarTech, an AI-based automotive software company, has raised USD 9 million in bridge financing from major shareholders, FS Investors, Investissement Québec, and Fédération des caisses Desjardins du Québec. The financing will be split into two parts: an immediate USD 6 million and a further USD 3 million expected in October 2024.
 The funds will be used for providing liquidity to the company.
 The bridge loans will be provided at a 25% original issue discount, with USD 8 million worth of loans given for a total of USD 6 million in gross profits. These loans will have an interest rate of the US base rate (currently 9%) plus an extra 4%, with the interest being capitalized monthly. The loans will fully mature on November 15, 2024.
