Based in the Netherlands, Additive Industries offers 3D printer platforms and on-demand manufacturing services targeting the aerospace, automotive, high-tech equipment, and energy industries. The company offers a series of 3D printers named MetalFABG2, capable of large parts production, fully automated production, and continuous series production. The printers can produce large volumes of high-quality metal parts at lower costs and higher productivity. Additive Industries also offers turnkey building metal additive manufacturing plants according to the requirement of the customer. It uses MetalFAB, an open parameter system that allows customers to choose laser beam powder bed fusion (LB-PBF) materials from tool steel, aluminum, Scalmalloy, titanium, and nickel alloys.
The company also operates through a network of manufacturers to offer on-demand manufacturing services.
In June 2024, Additive Industries launched a new 3D printer named MetalFab 300 Flex, which leverages powder bed fusion (PBF) technology for industrial metal 3D printing.
