Most recently, in November 2024, Suki partnered with Electronic Health Record (EHR) vendors MEDENT and Azalea Health to embed AI capabilities within their EHR solutions. Through these partnerships, Suki's AI engine began providing ambient listening, documentation, and coding capabilities to MEDENT's 11,000 providers and Azalea Health's rural healthcare network.
In October 2024, Suki partnered with video-conferencing company Zoom to integrate AI-powered note-taking capabilities into its the Zoom for Healthcare platform to provide features such as ambient scribing, clinical note generation, and suggested ICD-10 billing codes.
In September 2024, the company partnered with MEDITECH, an electronic health record system provider, to deploy its voice AI assistant in more than 12 health systems. The partnership integrated Suki's AI assistant with MEDITECH Expanse, allowing clinicians to use voice commands for EHR tasks. The collaboration aimed to reduce healthcare providers' administrative workload and enhance patient care.
Suki then partnered with Amwell in March 2024 to integrate Suki’s system to reduce healthcare providers' documentation burden. Through the partnership, Suki's AI voice recognition technology was integrated into Amwell’s Converge telehealth platform enabling clinicians across over 2,000 hospitals using the platform to have access to better, faster clinical documentation capabilities and freeing up time to focus on patients.

Suki also partnered with omo, an AI solution provider and subsidiary of Hoag Health, in December 2023 to offer an AI Assistant to over 1,000 clinicians. Through the partnership, omo and Suki agreed to deliver a best-in-class AI assistant to clinicians in order to preserve the independent practice of medicine and improve the work-life balance.
