Spekit

Spekit is a just-in-time digital adoption and enablement platform that can be accessed by employees anywhere in real time. Spekit was co-founded by Melanie Fellay and Zari Zahra, and was launched at the annual tech conference, Salesforce Dreamforce, in 2018. 

The platform allows teams to automatically track key processes, maintain up-to-date training, and establish a consistent learning experience across all applications. Spekit integrates with third-party applications, including Salesforce, allowing businesses to create training and documentation around existing processes and terminology so users can learn in the flow of work. The company also offers a Chrome Extension, allowing employees to access training from anywhere.

In February 2021, Spekit launched a new feature, Flows, that allows anyone in the organization to quickly create, maintain, and scale walkthroughs without coding expertise. It is also reportedly the first and only walkthrough program with simple auto-capture functionality.

In January 2022, the company raised USD 45 million in a Series B funding round led by Craft Ventures. This follows its USD 12.2 million Series A funding round in March 2021, after which the company reported that its headcount increased 3x and revenue expanded by more than 300% YoY.
