Postscript, an SMS marketing platform specialized for Shopify merchants, has raised USD 65 million in a Series C funding led by 01 advisors with the participation of new and existing investors including Twilio Ventures, Expanding Capital, and m]x[v Capital. This brings the total funds raised to more than USD 100 million.
The firm plans to use the funds to further grow its employee count, which has grown by nearly 4x to 230 employees since 2021. It also plans to invest in sales, marketing, and product engineering.
The firm stated that its users on average experience a 25x ROI, which has grown to include 8.500+ Shopify brands (compared to 3,500 in March 2021). These include Brooklinen, Homesick, Native, Spikeball, and Kopari. Its revenue had also more than doubled since 2021.
