Product updates

  • Steakholder Foods (formerly MeaTech), an Israeli cell-cultured meat developer, announced its newest development Omakase Beef Morsels, a highly marbled 3D-printed 100% cultured beef cut, which the company claims is a first of its kind.

  • The product is inspired by the marbling standard of Wagyu beef and is made of several layers using two different bio-inks for muscle and fat which can be customized and printed based on different muscle and fat combinations which impacts the juiciness and marbling of the cut.
