NUBURU signs joint technology agreement with GE Additive

Partnerships

  • NUBURU, a seller of 3D printers and related products, announced the signing of a joint technology agreement with additive design and manufacturing company GE Additive to explore the speed, accuracy, and commercial benefits of blue laser-based metal 3D printing.

  • By combining NUBURU's advancements in blue laser technology—specifically in terms of increased power and brightness—with GE Additive's knowledge and experience in metal additive manufacturing, the partnership aims to accelerate the expansion and application of blue laser technology in metal 3D printing. 

  • Analyst QuickTake: Previously, NUBURU has also partnered with US government agencies, including the US Department of Defense and the US Air Force , to develop and utilize blue laser technology.
