Evolve Additive Solutions launches STEP Parts Now production service

Product updates

  • Evolve Additive Solutions, a provider of industrial 3D printing solutions, has launched a parts production service named STEP Parts Now along with two new materials: Nylon PA-11(A) and Gray ABS.

  • The STEP Parts Now service uses Evolve's Selective Thermoplastic Electrophotographic Process (STEP) technology for production that claims to offer high fidelity, improved surface finish, accurate results, and the ability to print end-use parts on a large scale. The service also allows customers to quote and order parts directly via an online portal.

  • Analyst QuickTake: With this, Evolve Additive Solutions expands its on-demand additive manufacturing services. The company positions these new offerings as tools to improve access to innovative additive manufacturing technologies, improving material variety, enhanced features, and scalability in the additive manufacturing space. The company offered this service previously in partnership with companies like alphacam GmbH and Fathom Digital Manufacturing covering the European and North American markets. Markforged and Inkbit are two other companies that also entered the on-demand space this year.
