THIS partners with Dell'Ugo to launch plant-based ravioli products

Partnerships

  • UK plant-based meat brand THIS has partnered with premium fresh pasta company Dell'Ugo to introduce two new plant-based ravioli products. These products mark Dell'Ugo's first range containing plant-based meat and are now available at Morrisons stores and on Dell'Ugo's website.

  • The collaboration resulted in two varieties: Dell'Ugo THIS Isn't Bacon & Cheese Ravioli, containing THIS' plant-based bacon lardons with dairy-free gouda, and Dell'Ugo THIS Isn't Chicken & Pesto Ravioli, made with THIS' chicken-style pieces and PDO Genovese basil pesto.

  • Analyst QuickTake: THIS has been expanding its product offerings with new launches in 2024. These new products included Europe's first skin-on vegan chicken wings in collaboration with BrewDog , Asian-inspired rotisserie-style vegan chicken products in the UK in April 2024 , and the Banger & Bean Handy Pie plant-based sausage pie in collaboration with Pieminister . THIS also recently secured GBP 20 million (~USD 25.4 million) in Series C funding in June 2024 to expand growth in its home markets, including the launch of new product ranges.
